Their app doesn’t work, The cashier no help whatsoever. Item on sale she kept telling me it’s with a coupon The picture showing it doesn’t say the price is with a coupon. It just shows sell item the abdomen work in the store on Wi-Fi or on my cellular data. The cashier asking me if I am using their Wi-Fi when I respond. Yes she’s like well that’s why it’s not gonna work. Mine works without the Wi-Fi.! Do you really think I care how your phone is working? She didn’t help the price she didn’t help getting the coupon and when I told her you’re no help she’s surprised that I was wrong! Higher people that like the job, don’t just hire people for the hell of it!

Still making customers wait. This is at 9pm at night, not a Saturday which I would imagine being much worse. They have plenty of unused registers, just lack the will or ability to staff them. Cashiers are doing the best they can. It has to be rough on them. Management must be the issue since this has been happening for years.

This location used to be my favorite. However, checking out in the evening has been a NIGHTMARE for years. Specifically, last night, at 7:30 PM on a Wednesday, out of 18+ self check out lanes, only 6 were open. The attendant on one side was blocking the 6 other open self check outs with a rack of reusable bags & said we couldn't check out there because she was closing them and had to go to the other side. At this time, it was 7:38. At this point, the other side, where checkouts were still open, had a line into the clothing & was quickly just getting longer and longer. I ended up leaving my cart without buying anything. This scenario is a repeat experience on weekdays at dinner hour. Why does this location make it incredibly difficult to buy stuff?? Pay your people more & you will be surprised by how many of these issues solve themself. Lastly, the theft alarm at the entrance gate was malfunctioning and repeatedly going off, which only added to the feeling of chaos at the checkouts. If this is how bad it was on Nov. 1st, I would use extreme caution when considering shopping here during the holiday season.

Huge store, very clean and organized. New developed store. Always multiple registers to check out in, they have home stuff, clothes, makeup, housewares, they have tons of departments outside your regular Kroger. Big pharmacy, wine and cheese area, big bakery, big fresh food area, Starbucks, beautiful flower department. 2 self checkout areas for guests. Big parking lot.

I decided to come on here and review today and noticed that I had an old review from over a year ago saying how great this place was. It was a five-star review. Well, that has all changed. What was the last straw for me was when I came to the door to go in a half an hour before closing time, and they would not let people in because they said they wanted everybody out by closing time. Well, in essence they made a new closing time, because if you can't go in for a box of cereal a half an hour before the store closes, well, in essence they made a new closing time. Not the time in the door. What is the deal with the milk lately? They don't stock it like they used to. I just think they're way overpriced, and I have found other places to shop that want my business more. I have been shopping at Walmart since and I've had no difficulty whatsoever. Walmart has a new loyal customer. I used to be a loyal Kroger customer. I do not recommend this particular store.

The worst Kroger ever, not only all the staff doesn't care to help but they misadvertise their products, on the counter the sticker was marked down but when I checked it out, it came up as full price and the staff refused to come look at the price for me and decided to still charge me a full price. No wonder this Kroger is always less busy, if the staff doesn't care of their customers, I won't be surprised to see this Kroger closed down pretty soon.
